Russian law requires that foreign travelers to Russia register their visas within 72 hours of arrival (excluding weekends and official holidays). Travelers who do not register their visas are sometimes required to pay fines when they attempt to exit Russia.

Necessary documents: application form, passport, visa, migration card, document about having flat (own certificate or rent agreement) of Form-1, Form-9, HIV certificate (for registration more then 3 month).
